Rachel Ann

Rachel Ann is a full time yoga teacher in Calgary and has been for the past 7 years. She is recognized with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT-500. She has done over 800 hours of training and continues to dive deep into the mechanics of yoga. Prior to yoga Rachel Ann was overweight, over worked, and needed more than the corporate world had to offer her. Now, she has a passion to share her love for yoga through dynamic sequencing, having a good time both on and off the mat and by creating an experience which allows the student to take the teachings presented in class into their daily life. ”Check out Rachel’s website
