About the Teacher

Jessica Jeninga

Jessica has been teaching yoga for eleven years but also has spent most of that time formally studying human anatomy and evolution. As you might imagine, this has made her a bone fanatic and proudly expresses that in her teaching. You can expect her classes to have an anatomy-based foundation so that after you have warmed your bodies with flow, you can workshop in to a peak poses in a safe & mindful way. She loves to get into the anatomy of postures for both safety and because the human body is too incredible to keep to herself. She has pursued her teaching career with a zest for the prodigious and the pursuit of making an intermediate practice accessible to beginners.

What to Bring

  • Yoga Mat

  • Close-toed shoes

  • Long pants

  • Water

  • Small personal item (we don't recommend backpacks as they aren't very comfortable in the saddle, but it's your call!)

  • Sunscreen

  • Dress for the weather!

Note: we will be riding through the real-ass wilderness, so you might get a little dirty! Dress with this in mind.
